Contact point in front of the body

Purpose:

Straight up and down the middle hitting with camera filming side on to see if contact point is consistently in front.

Explanation of video:
Video 1 has voice explanation. Video 2 is another example of relaxed hitting with constant contact point in front slightly improved from video 1 as Stefi watched first video and then attempted to get ball slightly further in front.

Conclusion:
Tracking the ball and getting yourself positioned correctly, learning the timing of when to swing to contact in front consistently is the most important foundation to learn in tennis. Medium paced hitting up and down the middle filmed regularly until contact in front is routine is a wonderful gift you can give to yourself as a player.
